AMAZONE SÉCURITÉ SARL is responsible for data recorded when an enquiry is submitted through this website. Depending on the information provided, this may include a name, company, telephone number, email address, requirement, city or province and message content.
Visitor invitations
When a client or site uses Visitor Access, an authorised user may record the visitor’s name and telephone number, the relevant site, the validity period and a note strictly required for the control. The QR code issued to the visitor contains none of this data: it contains only a random token verified by the server.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
Contact data is used to record and follow up an enquiry. Visitor data is used to prepare, verify, authorise, revoke and trace access in accordance with site instructions. Depending on the context, processing is based on the request, pre-contractual steps, consent, the contract, the protection of people and property or an applicable obligation.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised AMAZONE personnel, the client responsible for the site and necessary technical service providers. Commercial enquiries are retained for no more than 24 months after the last interaction. Visitor data is retained for the operational and evidential period defined by the contract or the site’s approved policy, then deleted or anonymised unless an obligation or justified evidential need requires otherwise.

WhatsApp, third party services & cookies
The submission of the form records the request first in the AMAZONE tracking log, then prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. No message is sent to WhatsApp until the user confirms its sending. Upon this confirmation, the processing is also subject to the confidentiality conditions and rules of the service provider, and may involve processing outside the DRC.
The public website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no profiling tools. The administration area and restricted Visitor Access areas use only essential authentication cookies (device-persisted and time-limited) for authentication, authorisation and security. Any future addition of tracking or measurement tools will require this information to be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism to be implemented.

Confidentiality & security
AMAZONE applies proportionate organisational and technical measures to limit the unauthorised access, loss or misuse of information received. However, no exchange on the Internet can be presented as totally risk-free.
Do not transmit, via the public form or WhatsApp, a detailed security plan, identifier, financial data, confidential document or sensitive data. Contact AMAZONE to agree on a secure channel when required by the mission.
